Emma's team played in watertown this weekend. Her team won both games and Emma made a basket! Yeah.. her first one of the year and hopefully more to come. She also gained a foul against her so she attempted her first free throw. We were so proud of her to get her first basket tho. Grandma and Grandpa Nichols were there to watch the game too. Grandpa boasts that she always wins when he attends. They enjoyed watching her and the team win both games they played against Watertown and Dassel-Cokato. Go Rockets! Their current record is 3Wins and 1 Loss. I just love the picture above.. emma just shot a basket and everyone in the game is watching to see if she made it.
Emma also participated in a play at church where she acted the part of a snotty 10 year old who read off a list of wants for Christmas. She did a great job. Its been a busy weekend and the rest of the afternoon we are relaxing while we wait for the big snow storm.
